杉浦仁志

大阪生まれ。2009年渡米。料理業界のアカデミー賞とされる「ジェームス・ビアード」受賞シェフであるジョアキム・スプリチャル氏のもと、LA・NYCのミシュラン星つきレストランで感性を磨き技術を習得。2014年から2年連続で、ニューヨーク国連大使公邸で開催された、安倍元総理はじめ世界の要人が集った国連日本代表団レセプションパーティーにて、日本代表シェフを務める。

国内外で培った国際的な食経験を通じ、日本におけるヴィーガン・プラントベース調理の第一人者として活躍。多数の受賞歴を持つ。現在「Social Food Gastronomy（ソーシャル・フード・ガストロノミー）」を提唱し、より多角的な視野から社会貢献とイノベーションを国際舞台で展開。2050年に向けた次世代のシェフモデルとして注目される。

Born in Osaka, in 1976.

He started cooking with father who is chef. After learning diligently at restaurants in the Kansai and Tokyo areas, he went to the States in 2009.  He refined his senses and acquired new skills under  Joachim Splichal, chef and founder of the Patina Restaurant Group, which has nearly 50 restaurants spread acoss the US, especially  “PATINA” (LA/James Beard Award Winner), “Lincoln Ristorante” (NYC/Michelin 1 star).　He is also involved in catering for the Emmy Awards ceremonies, and events at the Hollywood Bowls and Tiffany’s flagship store in NYC.  also he had been engaged in significant reception party as the executive chef  which held by Japanese government (MAFF) in 2014 & 2015, at the residence of United Nation's Ambassador in NYC.  Through these, he has entertained the countless  celebrities and the guests of the states all over the world.

He got the award “Top 8 Chef” at the competition “The Vegetarian Chance” (Italy) in 2017, “The Best Chef of 50（2018-2019）” (Japan) in 2018, and “Vegan Award 2019/Best Vegan  chef”(Japan) in 2019,  also he has been assigned to be  the executive chef of  ONODERA GROUP Inc. that operating food business and restaurant business nationwide in Japan and world.

Recently, he  advocated his philosophy "Social Food Gastronomy" and is working to contribute to society through food in Japan and overseas.
